Instructions for uploading the file

• Create a plan that's 56 centimeters wide and has a maximum length of 2 meters per plan to keep the file from becoming too heavy. This plan allows you to input all your designs to maximize the use of the paper and specify the number of copies to print.

• Keep in mind that all colors shown in the file will be printed including white backgrounds . Therefore, ensure that you only send colors to be printed using transparency.

• Check the image quality and resolution. We recommend images with at least 300 dpi for good colors and cropping.

• Avoid sending lines or dots smaller than 0.5 millimeters . During the printing process, we are forced to shrink the base by about 0.2 millimeters, and details smaller than 0.5 millimeters will not be transferred to the part.

• Always check your file before sending. Although we perform a pre-print check, we cannot guarantee that we will detect defects such as poorly cropped images, low resolution, or incorrect colors.

• Preferably send your file in CYMK color mode to avoid color changes due to conversions during printing.

If the file is too large and cannot be uploaded to our website, please send it via WeTransfer to the email: dtf.post@hotmail.com mentioning the order number in the subject line.

NOTE: We review but do not change the drawings, we only inform you of what may happen.

• Even though this technique is high-quality, it has limitations when it comes to drawings with transparency. Be sure to submit files with bold cutouts and solid colors.
