Fees and Taxes

All prices are shown in EURO, with the appropriate VAT and taxes applied in accordance with current law, which are included in the final price shown.

Delivery and Delivery Costs

Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation. This deadline may be subject to change in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. We only ship orders after full payment of the product price and shipping costs.

Delivery costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over €300 receive free delivery within the country.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order while it is being processed. The cancellation must be requested by sending a message to dtf.post@hotmail.com.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and refunds

Due to the nature of this product being customized and not being resold to another customer, we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at dtf.post@hotmail.com to process the exchange. If approved, send the item to: Pq Industrial Tamel São Veríssimo Sec 2 Pav 6, 4750-734, Barcelos.

Late or Lost Refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dtf.post@hotmail.com

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delivery times and any possible delays in delivery, however we can help obtain more information and resolve any delays, to do so please contact us at dtf.post@hotmail.com

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
